Waldorf Salad

2 3-0z. Pkgs. Strawberry or raspberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 ½ c. cold water
1 c. cubed apple
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped walnuts


Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water. Chill until thickened; fold in apples, celery and nuts. Pour into 5-cup mold. Chill until firm. Unmold; surround with lettuce. Fill center with Regal Dressing.

Regal Dressing

1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. miracle whip salad dressing
1-1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine sour cream and salad dressing. Fold in marshmallows.
