Rice Pudding
3 lg eggs
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 2/3 c. milk
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. raisins
Beat eggs slightly. Beat in sugar, salt, nutmeg, and milk. Add rice and raisins. Bake about 40 minutes (450 degrees for the first 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees to finish)
