Pork Loin
Half of a pork loin
1 jar of hoisin sauce
1 jar orange marmalade
vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 425º. Mix marmalade and hosin sauce in sauce pan Heat until mixed. Heat oil in large pan. Sear the pork until brown on all sides. Place on a rack on a cookie sheet. Brush sauce over the loan. Place in oven and cover with a foil tent. Bake for approximately 1 1/2 hrs. turning every 15 minutes and brushing with sauce. Internal temperature should be 160 degrees. Slice and pour remaining sauce on the loin
