High Fiber Dog Biscuits

2 cups unbleached flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup oatmeal
2 1/2 cups boiling water with 3 bouillon cubes
1 tbsp oil
1 egg
5 strips of bacon fried until crisp and crumbled
1 tbsp bacon grease

Preheat oven to 250
Mix flours with oatmeal and cornmeal.
Mix oil, egg, and bacon grease with boiling water in separate bowl. Stir into flour mixture. (If dough falls apart in your hands add water until dough is thick and workable) Knead for 5 minutes. Sprinkle bacon bits on dough and knead for 3 minutes or so. Spoon out dough and form into 2 oz biscuits. Place on greased cookie sheet. Poke 2 small holes in each biscuit. Bake 4 hrs or until hard, flipping every hour. Allow to cool.
