Delectable Spinach

4 pkgs.(10 oz.) chopped frozen spinach
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) artichokes, drained & quartered
1 can (6 oz.) water chestnuts, drained & thinly sliced
1 1/2 t. onion powder
salt & pepper to taste
seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese

Cook spinach in boiling salted water until defrosted.  Drain well and squeeze out excess moisture.  Add butter, cream cheese, artichokes, water chestnuts, onion powder, salt and pepper to spinach and mix thoroughly.  Place in greased 2 qt. baking dish.  Cover with seasoned bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.  Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until very hot.
