Crockpot Potato Soup
6 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
3 stalks of celery
2 onions chopped
1 carrot peeled and sliced
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 T. parsley flakes
5 c. water
pepper
1/3 c. butter
1 (13oz.) can evaporated milk
chopped chives
Put all ingredients except milk & chives in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hrs or until potatoes are done. Stir in milk during the last hour. Serve topped with chives.
