Cream Cheese Wreath
2 8-oz pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. miracle whip salad dressing
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
10 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
1/4 c. green onion slices
Combine cream cheese and
salad dressing, mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Place drinking glass in center of serving platter. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of
mixture to form ring around the glass; smooth with a spatula. Remove glass. Garnish
with chopped parsley and pimento just before serving if desired. Serve with crackers.
Variation: Substitute ½ c finely chopped ham, ¼ c. chopped green
pepper and ¼ c. chopped onion for bacon and green onion. Garnish with additional
ham and green pepper just before serving if desired.
