Coca Cola Cake
1 c. margarine
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. coca cola
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
Heat margarine, cocoa, and coca cola to boiling point. Pour over flour, sugar and soda mixture. Add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows and mix well. Pour into a greased 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. (Marshmallows will float to the top)
Frosting
1/2 c. margarine
4 tbsp cocoa
6 tbsp coca cola
1 c. marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
chopped nuts
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Boil first 5 ingredients. Add nuts and powdered sugar.
One of my favorite cakes.
