Better than Sex Cake

First Layer:
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. flour
1 stick of butter or margarine, melted

Combine above and spread in bottom of a 9 X 13 inch glass baking dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.  Allow to cool.

Second Layer:
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. cool whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix together well. 

Carefully spoon over the crust and chill.

Third Layer:
1 large box instant chocolate pudding mix
3 c. milk

Mix according to package directions and carefully spoon over cream cheese layer.  Chill.

Fourth Layer:

Cool Whip.  Spread over top of dessert and chill.
