Baked Jalapenos
20 fresh jalapeno peppers
10 pieces of bacon
1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
Slice peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds. (Hint: you may want to wear golves. Do not touch eyes or face after touching peppers unless you wash your hands afterward.) Fill eash pepper half with cream cheese. Cut bacon strips in half. Wrap one half around pepper halves and secure with a toothpick, Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bacon is cooked. Cooking bacon for 2 minutes in microwave prior to wrapping around the peppers speeds cooking time and makes bacon crisp
